Specialized consulting services in the design, development, and evaluation of Islamic banking products and services, in compliance with Shariah principles and Islamic banking industry standards

1. Provision of consulting services related to the design and structuring of Islamic banking products, including:

   • Murabaha

   • Mudaraba

   • Musharaka

   • Ijara

   • Istisna’

   • Salam

   • Investment Agency (Wakala bil-Istithmar)

2. Review of the Shariah and legal structures of existing and proposed products.

3. Support in aligning products and services with:

   • The bank’s Shariah Supervisory Board resolutions

   • Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) standards

   • Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) standards

4. Assessment of Islamic product risks (Shariah, operational, credit, and reputational risks).

5. Support in the preparation of operational manuals, templates, and contracts related to Islamic products.

6. Provision of advisory opinions on the development of Shariah-compliant retail, corporate, and investment services.

7. Delivery of technical recommendations.
